Возврат денег с paypal на карту. Купил товар на eBay, а посылка так и не пришла

Возврат денег с paypal на карту. Купил товар на eBay, а посылка так и не пришла. Открыл дело, по данному факту что бы мне все таки прислали этот товар. И вот мне прислали ответ:

Good news! We let the seller know you didn't receive the item, and the seller issued you a full refund. This case is now closed.

A full refund of GBP 3,40 was issued on 19 May, 2014. The refund includes the purchase price plus original shipping and was issued to the same payment method you used to pay for the item.

На paypal я вижу что мне якобы вернули деньги, но вот на MasterCard они так и не дошли.

 

Может они на счету в пейпал болтаются?
