Is it possible to receive/send money with PayPal without linking your card? I want know, If I just register to PayPal, can I receive money from verified (linked), and send THIS money to another verified user without my own account verification (not linked with card)?
    Thank You

It depends on country you're from. If US — no problem, if Russia — of course no.
